Suzi Quatro

Rock pioneer Suzi Quatro brings her Down Under 2026 Tour to the Festival Theatre — Can the Can, Devil Gate Drive and more — with Australian rockers Baby Animals as special guests.

Long before it was common, Suzi Quatro was out front of a rock band with a bass guitar slung low — and in doing so she opened the door for generations of women who followed. Born in Detroit in 1950, she started young in her family's band and was gigging with her sister in The Pleasure Seekers by 14.

Her 1973 single Can the Can went to number one around the world, and the run that followed — 48 Crash, Devil Gate Drive and the duet Stumblin' In — made her one of the defining stars of the glam-rock era. She has since sold more than 55 million records, alongside careers as an actor, author and radio host.

Joining her as very special guests on the Down Under 2026 Tour are Australian rock favourites Baby Animals.
